Adviser

Dr. Mannix P. Balanay, an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry, is the Adviser for the conference. He provides expert guidance and support throughout the planning process, ensuring the event upholds the highest standards in the field of chemistry.

Overall Chair and Secretary

As the Chair, Xeniya leads the Organizing Committee by setting the strategic vision, assigning responsibilities, and overseeing the entire conference planning process to ensure that every task is completed on schedule. Supporting the Chair, Akzhan serves as Secretary, handling administrative duties, facilitating communication, and keeping all team members updated on the conference's progress and requirements.

Program and Promotion Committee

The Program and Promotion Committee – Uldana, Aliya, Urker, and Uassilya – crafts an engaging and balanced conference schedule that aligns with our event goals while also developing a comprehensive marketing strategy, including dynamic social media campaigns, to effectively promote the conference.

Poster, Oral and Reception Committee

The Poster, Oral, and Reception Committee – Almagul, Zhanbota, Bakdaulet, Zulfiya, and Yerkezhan – plays a key role in ensuring a seamless conference experience. They support poster presenters by clarifying guidelines, coordinate with speakers to prepare for their presentations, and manage catering services for the reception, all aimed at guaranteeing smooth operations and high delegate satisfaction on the day of the event.

Logistics and Finance Committee

The Logistics and Finance Committee – Dariya, Aslan, Aiym, and Dana – manages both the financial and operational aspects of the conference. They secure sponsorships and partnerships to boost funding, plan and oversee the budget, and handle all logistics, including the selection and management of the venue.
